…0.12 Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection.Abstractions, Microsoft.Extensions.Http, and System.Security.Cryptography.ProtectedData move 10.0.10 -> 10.0.12 (current servicing patch) on net10.0. The net8.0 floor is unchanged and already at its latest 8.0.x servicing. These packages carry deliberate per-TFM floors and are fully ignored by Dependabot (STANDARD.md 4.10), so their floors are bumped by hand — this is that bump, in its own reviewed commit as the props comment requires. Now that these three per-TFM-floored packages are fully ignored by Dependabot (STANDARD.md 4.10, synced in #93), their floors are maintained by hand. Their net10 floor had fallen two servicing patches behind.
