Rebase link scan progress after source edits, serialize current report and ignore updates, and preserve WordPress post-update hooks. Guard structured block links, stream filtered exports, and record final upgrader outcomes. Deliver component CSS through a real editor asset handle. Regression tests cover the cached-state, stale-form, updater-class, and iframe paths that earlier happy-path checks missed.

Link Health could skip unchecked URLs after a source edit, overwrite concurrent results, or damage structured blocks during unlinking. This fixes those paths, keeps native and live scan controls on the correct run, preserves WordPress save hooks, and streams filtered CSV exports in one pass.
Site Activity now records final manual, bulk, and automatic update outcomes. Components receive a real editor stylesheet handle so their rules reach the iframe even when generated uploads CSS is unavailable. The JSON preset field's accessible label and v1.7.0 release notes are also corrected.
Validation: 180 PHP tests / 6,978 assertions, 19 JavaScript tests, translation freshness, and an isolated 151-file package build. Gatilab checks in Brave Origin covered edits during partial scans, concurrent rechecks and Ignore actions, filtered CSV, variable fonts, SVG/Core Icon round trips, and component CSS with generation unavailable. Temporary fixtures were removed and original settings/report state restored.
