Click the Download button on that page and save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Desktop or Downloads folder).
Once the download finishes, locate the downloaded file. Right-click it and select "Extract All" from the menu. Follow the prompts to unzip the folder. This creates a new folder with all the necessary program files.
Open the newly extracted folder. Look for the main application file (usually named DiffExplorer or DiffExplorer.exe). Double-click it to launch the program. That's it – the tool opens instantly.
