Installed app frames are currently unavailable on Linux and macOS, even though desktop builds now exist for both platforms. This change allows the existing sandboxed app document there and limits native IPC initialization to ShellCanvas's exact top-level desktop origin. An app document promoted to a top-level page cannot receive the native invocation key.
The existing native isolation probe now launches on each platform. Windows passed locally. Linux and Apple Silicon passed in CI, including denied child IPC, blocked top navigation, frame resource ownership, broker grants, stylesheet loading, and native channel round trips. The first CI attempt exposed a Windows-only app resource URL; the final version uses each platform's Tauri scheme.
This unlocks platform-neutral apps such as Canvas Assistant. The Database app also needs native connector packages for each client platform; those are prepared separately in ShellCanvas-Database PR #3.
