Prepare ShellCanvas 0.1.11

Prepare the reviewed ShellCanvas 0.1.11 desktop release after #21.

This patch aligns the desktop, app SDK, adapter SDK, and filesystem SDK version metadata at 0.1.11 and records the user-visible changes:

• follow directory symlinks from Files while preserving file-link preview, navigation history, and link-safe destructive operations;
• show first-party app recommendations on App Manager's default page;
• refresh the strictly validated catalog from the fixed techartdev/ShellCanvas@main source with a bundled offline fallback;
• retain repository SHA-256, pinned app identity, and explicit permission review before installation.

Validation before PR:

• exact npm ci completed with zero audit findings;
• app SDK pack and clean-consumer verification passed;
• adapter/filesystem SDK package and generated-consumer verification passed;
• cargo package --locked passed for both publishable Rust SDKs;
• npm SDK dry-run package inspection passed;
• release version alignment check passed for v0.1.11.

The Windows desktop release is in scope. SDK registries will not be published.
