Pre-release. Bumps to 0.10.0-next.2 and cuts the CHANGELOG [Unreleased] section into it, shaped like #131.

Includes since 0.10.0-next.1: #132 (dependency updates, two audit overrides so npm audit is clean, per-model param docs for #119, v2 install snippet and cache path for #126, cursor_refresh_models listing param ids) and #136 (repaired weekly model-data drift check, regenerated model limits and costs).

User-visible: displayed per-model cost and context change for some models because they now follow Cursor's current published data. The CHANGELOG intro lists every affected model with old and new values; I diffed resolveCost and resolveContextLimit old vs new over the live 40-id catalog to get the list (12 cost changes, 3 context changes).

Release gates checked locally on this branch: version matches the tag v0.10.0-next.2, lockfile has no non-npmjs resolved URLs, npm run prepublishOnly passes (643 tests), scripts/integration-test.sh passes, npm pack --dry-run contains only dist/, server.js, README, CHANGELOG, LICENSE, package.json. The pre-release suffix publishes to the next dist-tag and leaves latest at 0.9.0.

Merge order: merge this, then tag v0.10.0-next.2 on the merge commit.

Pre-release: dependency updates and audit overrides, per-model param docs (#119), v2 install snippet and cache path (#126), cursor_refresh_models param ids, repaired weekly model-data drift check, and regenerated model limits and costs. Cuts the CHANGELOG section, including the user-visible cost and context changes.
