improvement(ui): reuse shared product status pages

Summary

• Use StatusPageContent for Chat Unavailable and credential connection success/failure screens.
• Keep the 40px headings and messages; adopt shared description contrast and action spacing. Preserve the existing wide, centered primary Button for chat recovery.
• Allow the shared action row to use the available content width without changing centered content-sized actions.
