Reverts #301
The repository has had no commits for over a year, and the current translation completion is 0.01%. It is also not listed in the switcher, so hopefully removal shouldn't break anything. Given that our build machine has limited resources, I suggest we stop building it for the time being. We can always revisit this if the translation becomes active again.
