🤦‍♂️ I tried to look for those and apparently missed.

Would it make sense to change that method to only_after so that a search for an outgoing version turns them up? Not sure if that wouldn't be confusing the rest of the year.

That's the reason I didn't do it that way.
Also, if we miss the cleanup, nothing breaks. (Even for a reader, it's IMO hard to interpret the remnants as anything but missed cleanup.)
