fix(bdm): continue scanning after unused GPT entries - #933
Merged

Conversation
The GPT parser stops scanning the partition entry array when it encounters an entry with a zero partition type GUID. A zero type GUID marks that entry as unused; it does not indicate that the remaining entries are unused. Continue scanning so valid partitions after an unused entry can still be discovered. Testing: - Verify that a valid partition following an unused entry is discovered. - Run the relevant PS2SDK build checks.
