This PR here requests PID
0x4A4Funder VID0x1209for OpenJoystickDriver, and adds thexsyetopzorg page.OpenJoystickDriver is a userspace gamepad driver for macOS, and reads physical game controllers, then republishes their input as virtual HID device thru macOS's
IOHIDUserDevice. One of its output modes, the (fallback) generic HID gamepad, IS NOT an emulation of any vendor's controller, but simply its own input-only layout: 16 x buttons, 4 x stick axes, 2 x trigger axes, and no output report. A connected device reports a USB transport, so hosts see it as a simple USB HID gamepad, which then reads its VID and PID like those of any physical device.OSes, browsers (Gamepad API), SDL2 and SDL3, and games identify this device by VID:PID. They cache the report descriptor and choose button mappings by that identity. The identity therefore HAS TO be unique and stable across releases. End users cannot, and SHOULD NOT, choose their own PID, because a mapping published for one PID would not apply to another. Alternatives are unregistered VID or borrowed vendor's IDs, and neither is acceptable for a published driver.
The chosen PID is
0x4A4F("JO"), which is outside the reserved0x0000–0x1FFFranges.org/xsyetopz/index.md1209/4A4F/index.md
