Design in altium, everything else checks out. This is a rehash of a github-CI-broken PR earlier. Created new PR to get CI to run properly.

An open-source USB CDC-ACM to UART bridge built on the Renesas RA2L2
(Arm Cortex-M23) MCU, supporting baud rates up to 1.5 Mbps. Rather than a
fixed-function bridge IC, the conversion runs entirely in firmware, so the
same hardware can be retargeted to other interfaces in future releases.
