Requesting PID 1209:B1CE for OpenBikeComputer, an open-source bikepacking GPS computer
(https://github.com/timohueser/OpenBikeComputer). Firmware is GPL-3.0; the hardware
design files under hardware/ are CERN-OHL-S v2. The device currently enumerates on the
1209:0001 prototype pair.
