Requesting PID 0x201A under VID 0x1209 for the CW USB Adapter.

The CW USB Adapter is an open-source USB HID keyboard interface for Morse-code
paddles and straight keys, based on the ATSAMD21E18A microcontroller.

Looks like this project should be eligible for a pidcode. Hardware is CC BY-SA 3.0 Unported, software is arduino, and the portion this user contributed is open source. There seems to be some confusion surrounding Arduino/Adafruit/Microsoft for the bootloader, but I believe it's still fine.

EasyEDA + Schematic + 3D Pics all provided.

Recommend merging once CI is kicked. @ve7ggh please touch the files here to retrigger CI.

Includes EasyEDA Design files, renders, and PDF schematics. Arduino project with all source included, the code, itself is under MIT license. Hardware under an open license. Approving.
