Translation of php/doc-en#2310 (commit 9c73659a35): class constants (
PDO::*,Phar::*,IntlChar::*,DateTimeZone::*) are now marked up with<constant>instead of<literal>, wildcards use<replaceable>*</replaceable>. EN-Revision updated.Also fixed along the way in some of these files: a missing
PDO::FETCH_CLASSTYPEsentence and lost line breaks in thePDOStatement::fetch()output, wrongcolumndescription inPDOStatement::getColumnMeta(), a strayreadData()call in thebindColumn()example, and a few mistranslated sentences in the Phar pages.Fixes: #3589
