Currently, it is possible for a user to change their password (through the "Reset Password" feature), but they can not change their email address.
However, rather than add such a feature, I think we might need to take a step back an look at the entire account logic/feature (for instance adding a UI links to the "Delete account" feature).
This to avoid building something in the wrong direction from where we might want to end up if we give things more thought.
