2.98.0.3 fixes bugs that change palantir-java-format's output, so "identical output" no longer holds. The output is the same except for those fixes, which the site's Migrate page lists; other output changes still wait for 3.0.

It now says the output is the same except where a bug is fixed, points to the site's Migrate page for the list of those fixes, and keeps other output changes for 3.0. The site's home page says the same since openjavaformat/docs@0632b83.
