My Issue/Suggestion
Attempted OFFLINE Studio Pro 11.12.2 setup. Downloaded all the dependencies and renamed as advised.
In contrast to the description it kept specifically looking for adoptiumjdk_21_arm64.msi and gradle-8.5-bin.zip
