Teams /help was displayed as one continuous paragraph when the client collapsed Markdown soft line breaks. It now uses a native Adaptive Card with distinct headings, section dividers, spaced paragraphs, three emoji rows and individual command rows. Inline commands use native monospace text runs. The complete spaced guide remains available when card delivery fails.

Native command replies preserve the source conversation/thread and group quote session, so quoting the help card continues the same session.

Validation: 53 focused tests pass; static checks, secret scanning and DCO pass. The card validates against the official Adaptive Cards schema and fits the existing payload budget. Local Adaptive Cards SDK previews at desktop (900px) and mobile (390px) widths have no validation events or horizontal overflow.

Live Teams desktop/mobile acceptance remains unexecuted. Reproducible cases are in TEST-PLAN.md. Private QA registration remains pending because the requester’s personal Airtable connection is unavailable; no agent connection was substituted.
