Bump mc-observability images to 0.6.2 and sync config with the upstream v0.6.2 tag.

  • maria_init.sql: update from v0.6.0 to v0.6.2 schema
  • insight: add LLM_CREDENTIAL_KEY and an insight_secrets volume
  • insight-scheduler: register RCA schedule DAGs, tempo_url, rca_analysis pool; wait for insight
  • mcp-influx: set INFLUXDB_URLS to query both InfluxDB servers

LLM API keys stored before v0.6.1 are not migrated and must be registered again.

maria_init.sql was still the v0.6.0 schema; take it from the v0.6.2 tag so
fresh installs get the LLM connection and RCA schedule tables. Existing DBs
are reconciled by insight's startup migrations.

Also align the compose services with upstream v0.6.2: persist the insight
LLM credential key in an insight_secrets volume, register the RCA schedule
DAGs, Tempo connection and pool in the scheduler, and let mcp-influx query
both InfluxDB servers via INFLUXDB_URLS.
The RCA schedule DAGs read mc_o11y_insight_rca_schedule, which insight's
startup migrations create on existing databases. Match upstream v0.6.2 so
the scheduler does not query the table before it exists.
