What changed in this PR

Adds an optional PME override to official VSIX builds while enabling PME automatically for CI and scheduled builds.

Changes:

  • Adds a PMEOverride boolean pipeline parameter.
  • Passes the override into the shared VSIX build template.
  • Expands ConnectedPMEServiceName configuration to scheduled builds.
File Description
azure-pipelines/​build-vsix.yml Applies PME configuration based on build reason or override.
azure-pipelines-official.yml Exposes and forwards the PME override parameter.
