Fix absolute cross-link and redundant title prefixes - #134

- docs/book/v2/terminal.md: fix absolute docs.dotkernel.org cross-link to a relative path. - Drop the redundant "AlmaLinux 9 " title prefix on the four v1 pages that mirror the same pattern fixed on v2 (title line only, no other v1 content changes - v1 is otherwise out of scope for this pass).

it's an issue that might not have the most suggestive title. it's linked to these changes which were likely discussed elsewhere
