docs: remove CrowdNode from hosting services list

CrowdNode is winding down. crowdnode.io no longer advertises hosting or shares — the site now serves only a wind-down notice:

Existing members can still sign in to withdraw, but it is no longer a service new users can sign up for, so it should not appear in the list of available masternode hosting/shares providers.

Changes

• Remove the CrowdNode entry from docs/user/masternodes/hosting.rst
• Delete docs/user/masternodes/img/crowdnode.png, which is unreferenced after that removal

Follows the same pattern as #557 (Pool of Stake) and #528 (Staked, Gentarium). Translations are left to Transifex; no other source file in this repo (or in docs-core/docs-platform) mentions CrowdNode.
