Add collection markers and preserve the internal collection base across module calls and Python object copies. Carry collection metadata through the runtime, shared Dang entrypoint, and generated static entrypoint.

docs/collections.mdfor an author example.Validation: 32 focused collection, description, and entrypoint tests passed. The broader module suite had 134 passes and one lockfile-format failure in
test_unstructure_structure. End-to-end validation against the Collections engine is pending.
