License the plugin under FSL-1.1-ALv2 - #7

LICENSE is the Functional Source License 1.1 with the Apache 2.0 future license, taken verbatim from fsl.software with Xudong Xu as licensor. Any use other than a competing product or service is permitted, modification is allowed, and each release becomes available under Apache-2.0 two years after publication. Published releases keep their original license; the change applies from the next release. CONTRIBUTING states that contributions are licensed under the repository license, and the changelog records the change.
