Versioning and release rules now live in Documentation/Architecture/VersioningAndRelease.md, and the release and catalog notification guide moves from .github/RELEASE.md to Documentation/Reference/Release.md. The guide names the credentials the notification workflow actually reads, CATALOG_APP_CLIENT_ID and CATALOG_APP_PRIVATE_KEY. CHANGELOG.md records the published releases. The workflow is renamed to ci.yml with unchanged job names, and push runs are limited to master. CODEOWNERS is added, AGENTS.md follows the canonical agent guide, and CONTRIBUTING lists the checks CI runs. Scripts/validate_host.py drops the Claude branches, which could never run here because the vendor is this package's manifest ID. They had also drifted: they expected six Claude tools where Claude ships seven.
