Updates the embedded Claude pricing table used by chainloop trace to estimate session cost.

• Adds rates for Claude Fable 5.1, Claude Mythos 5.1, Claude Opus 5.5 and Claude Sonnet 5.5. Sessions on these models previously fell back to the default model rates.
• Documents that cache reads on these models do not use the standard 0.1x multiplier: 0.025x on Fable 5.1 / Mythos 5.1, 0.05x on Opus 5.5.
