v0.6.13 already published the machine identity header fix. Keep the unreleased fragment limited to the desktop OS, hostname, and risk fingerprint added after that tag.

Summary
changelog/unreleased/qoder-cn-daily-checkin.mdstill described that same fix, so the next release would repeat it.The other unreleased fragments (resources card, add-account dialog, traffic chart) are new since v0.6.13 and stay as they are.
