What changed? Why?
Hides the floating AI assistant input bar that sits at the bottom of every Mintlify docs page. Adds one rule to
docs/style.css:The assistant itself stays enabled and reachable from the assistant button next to search (
.assistant-entry).Notes to reviewers
chat-assistant-floating-inputis the CSS class Mintlify documents for the floating assistant input (Custom scripts). Mintlify notes these selectors can change in future updates, so the bar could come back after a Mintlify release. To remove the assistant entirely, toggle it off in the Mintlify dashboard instead. How has it been tested?
CSS-only change; verify on the preview deployment that the bottom bar is gone and the assistant button next to search still opens the assistant.
