Provide a MQTTRetainMessagePlugin that will track the retain header on all messages, such that mqtt retain messages forwarded to a broker over an amqp connection can have their header respected. This allows retain state to propagate across an amqp connection, federation, bridge and mirror. Because it checks every message for the header it needs to be configured when necessary. The default mqtt protocol retain handling remains single broker only. Assisted-by: Claude
