The agitator used the list of tservers from cluster.yaml for datanode agitation too, so on clusters where DataNodes and tservers run on different hosts, it kills and starts DataNdoes on the wrong machines. This PR adds an optional AGTR_DATANODE_HOSTS in env.sh and falls back to the tserver host list when not set.
