Mapreduce jobs fail with "Could not find or load main class" when
HADOOP_CONF_DIRisnt set. This PR now defaults it to$HADOOP_HOME/etc/hadoopwhich is the same solution that is used in our Terraformaccumulo-env.sh.tftpltemplate
