Deliver AIDD context that Kilo Code and OpenCode discover and use without manual file moves or configuration rewiring. - Kilo Code: native project detection and generation for memory, skills, rules, agents, workflows, and safe Rule distribution in flat builds. - OpenCode: generated Rules wired to supported instruction surfaces, with Rules and commands included in flat builds. - Portability: framework artifacts inherit the model selected by the user or host instead of shipping Claude-specific model pins. - Cross-platform confidence: Windows architecture guards must actually launch Biome and report launcher failures instead of silently producing no findings. Existing user configuration must remain preserved, repeated runs must be idempotent, unsupported scopes and collisions must fail explicitly, and clean-project runtime tests must prove artifact discovery.
