[BUG] custom OpenAI-compatible models have bad defaults

Describe the bug
Custom model IDs for Fireworks (possibly others) resolved to undefined model info in the webview, so the task header fell back to a context window of 1

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Build zoo code with fix(api): honor custom model IDs for OpenAI-compatible providers #1846 and fix(fireworks): omit non-positive max_tokens for custom models #1847
2. Create Fireworks profile with custom model ID
3. Ask model something
4. See that context usage counter shows nonsense numbers such as 12345%.

Expected behavior
Context usage shows proper numbers.
