Adds the Shorts nuance to the README and the two reference docs. Sorted results read YouTube's Videos tab, which is long-form only, so Shorts are reached through tab=shorts instead. Scoped to this merge-only repo's doc surfaces. skills/youtube/SKILL.md stays on the clean founder copy. Docs only, no version bump. Co-Authored-By: CRHQ <noreply@crhq.ai>
