Moves the daemon documentation to antd 0.14.0 (ant-sdk v0.14.0, commit dbf6a7d) and the client pages to the 0.2.0 packages published on 2026-09-25.

Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Ruby, PHP, Dart, and Go install from PyPI, npm, NuGet, RubyGems, Packagist, pub.dev, and the Go module proxy with bare commands (no version pins), replacing source checkouts. Each page states once which versions its examples use. Dart moves to the renamed antd_client package; PHP's minimum is corrected to 8.2.
• Missing-data defect removed. antd 0.14.0 maps an unknown address to 404 / NOT_FOUND instead of 500 / INTERNAL_ERROR. The caveats are removed across about 20 pages, and every error-handling example now catches the client's not-found error.
• Partial-upload recovery. • antd 0.14.0 at runtime, built from the v0.14.0 tag and run locally with --ipv4-only (no network peers reachable from the check host):

  • an unknown address returns 404 {"code":"NOT_FOUND"}, and a malformed one 400 {"code":"BAD_REQUEST"}
• Client not-found examples against that daemon. Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Ruby and PHP, using the published 0.2.0 packages and Go module v0.14.0, each catch their client's not-found error and print the documented output.
• Other client examples. These run with the documented output against a stand-in server returning antd 0.14-shaped responses, including a PARTIAL_UPLOAD body; each client's typed partial-upload error and its fields were checked there. The C# and Dart packages were downloaded and their examples checked against the published source; no .NET or Dart toolchain was available to compile them.
• Onboarding examples. The Store Data and Retrieve Data Python and Node.js examples reach the real daemon and handle the not-found response.
• MCP. The documented uv tool install from v0.14.0 installs antd-mcp 0.1.0, and its client maps PARTIAL_UPLOAD.
• Repository checks. All 53 repository tests and ADR governance pass. git diff --check is clean, all 297 relative links and anchors in the 35 changed pages resolve, and all 108 verification blocks are unchanged.
• Source facts. Checked against the v0.14.0 tag (antd/openapi.yaml, antd/proto, antd/src) and the v0.13.0..v0.14.0 diff. The 0.2.0 clients come from 8481c6f, which only bumps versions over v0.14.0.

Found but not changed

These predate this release and are outside this PR:

• Unhandled connection errors. With no daemon running, the Ruby, PHP and Python connect examples fail with the raw connection error, which their AntdError handlers don't catch.
• Go connect output. The Go connect example prints http://localhost:8082 when no port file exists, but its expected output only shows http://127.0.0.1:<port>.

Follow-ups

• Restamp documentation verification blocks against the release baseline #104: the proposed baseline moves to antd 0.14.0 and clients 0.2.0.
• docs(cli,rust): resumable external-signer finalize and evm-network devnet-manifest guardrail #101 is superseded; it can be closed now that the sweep routine is paused.
