Update the release-bearing pages to ant-cli 0.3.8, ant-core 0.10.0, and ant-node 0.20.0, the published releases at ant-client 9112d68 and ant-node 2b4ab3c. - Direct Rust uses ant-core 0.10.0 for both direct-network and LocalDevnet examples; its devnet feature now depends on ant-node 0.20.0, so the separate 0.8.0 local pin is no longer needed. Note the Rust 1.91 minimum and the new quic bootstrap-list format. - Embed a Node pins ant-node 0.20.0 and documents the default webrtc-direct feature and webrtc_direct config field. - Source Repositories, System Overview, and Post-Quantum Cryptography list the shared CLI/node dependency versions; the node signing-key limitation now names v0.20.0. - Fix leftover CLI 0.3.6 references and the stale shared saorsa versions left by the npm follow-up. - Add verified IPv6-less and no-peers errors to Use the CLI, and the IPv6-less error to Embed a Node. All ten Rust examples compile against the published crates; both embedded-node examples run with ipv4_only set on an IPv6-less host. Add three verified Direct Rust notes to the Library Reference: Client::connect returns before any bootstrap peer responds, ipv6: false lets the client start on hosts without IPv6, and LocalDevnet in ant-core 0.10.0 has no IPv4-only option. The integration environment created by Set Up a Local Network does not include pytest, so step 4 failed with pytest not found on a clean runner; install it before running the test. Step 5 activated a .venv inside the ant-sdk checkout, but that environment lives at $WORK_DIR/.venv; activate it there and change into the checkout. The ADR Governance workflow runs only test_adr_governance.py, so the documentation-guard and scanner tests had local evidence only. Add a Repository Tests workflow that runs all tests in scripts/tests on every pull request and on pushes to main, with the PyYAML pin duplicated literally as in sweep-sha-reachability.yml. Describe the retirement as a move to one general Autonomi skill and its supporting processes in WithAutonomi/skills, and record why: more flexibility and a better experience for agents and users than several skills in different locations, and one findable home that supports distribution and installation of this and future skills. Drop the "prototype" description, which would quickly go stale, and align the notice clause with the published retirement notice, which links to the general skill without installation commands.
