Engine changelog

For what is included in this engine release, see the reachability analysis changelog.

Note

Low Risk
Version-pin and release-metadata only; reachability results may differ with the newer engine, but there is no new Python logic beyond the default Coana version.

Overview
Releases Socket Python CLI 2.10.1 by bumping the default reachability engine from @coana-tech/cli 15.10.51 to 15.10.53.

The pinned version in DEFAULT_COANA_CLI_VERSION (used when --reach-version is omitted) and the documented default for --reach-version are updated together. Package metadata (pyproject.toml, __init__.py, uv.lock) and CHANGELOG reflect the new CLI version and link to the reachability analysis changelog for engine-specific changes.

No other runtime or CLI behavior changes in this diff.
