Releases Socket Python CLI 2.9.7 and updates the default reachability engine from
@coana-tech/cli15.10.48 to 15.10.49.Version strings are aligned in
pyproject.toml,socketsecurity/__init__.py, anduv.lock. The pinned default lives inDEFAULT_COANA_CLI_VERSIONinreachability.py, with matching CHANGELOG and--reach-versiondefault in the CLI reference. Users who omit--reach-versionget the new engine after upgrading the Python package; explicit pins andlatestare unchanged.The
