fix: add EntryType and item form to stock detail reports

Summary

PR_StockDetail returns EntryType and item form, but the Daily Stock Details, Monthly and Yearly reports dropped them.

• Map EntryType (col 2) and item form (col 4) into DailyStockDetails, MonthlyReport and YearlyReport as entryType / itemForm.
• Add itemEnteredDate to YearlyReport (daily and monthly already had it).

Companion UI PR: PSMRI/Inventory-UI#181, which reorders and relabels the Excel exports to match the PR_StockDetail columns.

Testing

Not compiled locally (no Maven on the dev machine). The change adds Lombok @Data fields and their setter calls only.
