Describe the bug

I'm using the latest (4.4.201).
Open-Shell Freezes when right-clicking an item and selecting Send to > Desktop (Create a shortcut).
This happened with the previous version as well.

To reproduce

Right-click an item in the Start Menu > Select Send to > Desktop (Create a shortcut).

Expected behavior

No response
