Treat --disk_cache_dir as a base directory and pass one instance-specific subdirectory from the launcher to the disk worker. Remove only that directory, after all tracked workers have exited.
This prevents server instances from sharing cache files and avoids abandoned cache storage after shutdown, without deleting the configured base directory or another instance's data. Unrelated subprocess-management changes are excluded.
Tests: isolated cleanup, live-worker protection, worker path propagation and startup regressions (18 passed).
