About Me:

Hi, I'm Matheus Viegas.

Computer Science student at UNISINOS, undergraduate research fellow at the Applied Software Engineering (ASE) research group, and software engineering intern at Dell Technologies.

My interests are centered around the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, and Distributed Systems. I am particularly interested in understanding how intelligent systems can be designed, evaluated, and deployed in complex and distributed environments.

Through research and development projects, I explore both theoretical and empirical approaches to problems involving AI/ML, Generative AI, distributed systems, software quality, and developer tools. I am especially interested in the relationship between machine learning methods and the systems that support them — from data and model behavior to scalability, distribution, reliability, and software evolution.
