This is a rebuild and needs to go in a special directory where we give more detailed motivation for the rebuild: https://github.com/EESSI/software-layer/tree/main/easystacks/software.eessi.io/2026.06/rebuilds

Cannot see Highway in 2026.06 yet. In fact it is only in 2023.06. I wonder if we need it and if so for which package? If I remember correctly it was a dependency for some package in 2025.06, we had issues building it there, and figured out that the dependency wasn't needed. Maybe @bedroge remembers the details.

It's a direct dependency for eOn, so we need it here.

…t tolerance fix

rgpot 3.0.0's Morse cutoff-shift test pins a cancelled difference to
1e-14 relative and fails on aarch64/generic by an ulp of exp, which is
what left every aarch64 build of this PR with an empty tarball. The
upstream fix (rgpot d3a4d1d) rides as a patch on the easyconfig.
