[Bug]: Conversation not compacting

Reproduction steps

1. Open Command Code
2. Get into a conversation
3. run /compact

Expected behavior

It should compact the conversation in order to save tokens

Actual behavior

It isn't compacting the conversation and prints "Compacted to n messages to n+1 messages, saved 0 tokens" just like the attached screenshot

I checked and it is happening only in that single conversation, others works fine.
