Prepare 1.7.7 candidate after Pro Sync readiness

Scope

Stacked on #229 because the existing v1.7.6 tag points to the earlier main commit and cannot contain the subsequent Cloud Sync and Pro Analytics fixes. This change prepares 1.7.7 without moving a tag, publishing, or changing credentials.

• Synchronize package, commercial manifest, Claude plugin, campaign adapter, and browser fixture versions.
• Add dated 1.7.7 notes for the scoped customer fixes and release security changes.
• Rebind the public offline fixture to the changed source files as offline-fixtures-v73; retain the older artifact as history and update its references and generated SVGs.

Local verification

• ruff check ., commercial manifest check, strict CSP asset drift check, and git diff --check passed.
• 133 focused packaging, benchmark evidence, documentation, release, and audit tests passed. A final focused rerun of 67 packaging, evidence, and audit tests also passed.
• Built a wheel and source archive; normalized the source archive, verified distribution contents, and passed twine check.
• Installed the wheel into a fresh environment outside the checkout and confirmed version 1.7.7 plus a local memory write.
• All 579 registered source hashes and the artifact SHA-256 sidecar match. These deterministic fixtures are regression evidence, not external quality or production proof.

Release gates still pending

• The stacked base Make Pro Sync readiness and Analytics completion actionable #229 and this PR need review and merge to protected main, followed by fresh exact-head CI and release checks.
• Release-tag ancestry and package version must match. No v1.7.7 tag has been created.
• The release owner must review the complete private product ledger and mandatory gates, qualify the final exact wheel/source bytes, migrate qualification configuration to protected release-qualification environment secrets, and issue a fresh signed approval. The prior 1.7.6 approval cannot qualify this candidate.
• Hosted Cloud/Team/website customer journeys and sales claims need their own live acceptance evidence. No publication or deployment is requested by this PR.
