Bump version to 1.7.6 and prepare release artifacts.

• Update version declarations in pyproject.toml, engraphis/init.py, commercial_manifest.json, .claude-plugin/plugin.json, and .claude-plugin/marketplace.json
• Update .claude-plugin/skill-assets.sha256
• Update mock bootstrap version in E2E tests
• Export offline fixtures v71 and update benchmark evidence registry, documentation contracts, README, and BENCHMARKS
• Re-render context efficiency and evidence-backed agent examples SVGs
• Add CHANGELOG.md entry for [1.7.6] - 2026-09-23

Regenerate the PNG benchmark exports

When consumers use the checked-in PNG fallbacks, docs/images/context-efficiency.png and docs/images/evidence-backed-agent-examples.png still render the previous v70 artifact checksum because this commit updates only their SVG sources. The repository explicitly retains these PNGs as corresponding visual exports, so they now present stale provenance while the SVGs and documentation point to v71; regenerate both PNGs from the updated SVGs.
