I'm Partha, a QA engineer from West Bengal, India, with experience testing SaaS products, building automation, validating APIs and data, and evaluating AI-powered features.

My background includes full-time QA at Legistify and a six-month QA internship at Wesoftek. I enjoy turning an unclear requirement into a useful test scenario—and an intermittent issue into a reproducible bug report.

• Product quality: Functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, integration, and UAT testing.
• Automation: Java, Selenium, TestNG, Playwright, and Cucumber through internship work and hands-on projects.
• Beyond the UI: API checks with Postman, data validation with MySQL and MongoDB, and performance investigation with New Relic.
• AI testing: Reviewing summaries, obligations, key clauses, and chat responses across models such as GPT-4, Claude, and LLaMA.
• Builder mindset: I also explore frontend development with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.

A passing test is useful. Understanding what it proves—and what it misses—is better.

A task-management project with task categories, a repository data grid, analytics, reports, and role/permission settings. Building interfaces helps me understand the implementation choices behind the behaviour I test.

September 2024 – May 2026

• Owned QA activities for Contract Management and Notice Management workflows, including approvals, repositories, filters, and search.
• Created and maintained test cases across old and redesigned interfaces; tracked defects and verified fixes in Taiga.
• Tested CRM integrations, including HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce.
• Evaluated AI features such as summaries, obligations, key clauses, draft chat, and due diligence generation.
• Used New Relic, SonarQube, and database health reports to support quality and performance investigations.

December 2023 – May 2024

• Worked on manual and automated testing for SuperManage and PrimeAlpha.
• Used Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and the Page Object Model for automation.
• Supported API, performance, and database checks with Postman, JMeter, and MySQL.
