boot-qemu.py: Add '--ephemeral-initrd' - #136

When running boot-qemu.py in parallel, the extracted rootfs.cpio can get clobbered. Add an option to extract the initrd to a temporary location that gets cleaned up when the script exits to avoid any issues with parallelism. Signed-off-by: Nathan Chancellor <nathan@kernel.org>
