[PWGHF] Add MC efficiency and improve Z-h correlation

Main changes:

• Add MC generated/reconstructed histograms for the associated-hadron efficiency.
• Improve the EMCal track-cluster matching by selecting the closest matched cluster.
• Add pion TPC n-sigma and charge information to the Z-hadron correlation histogram.
• Refactor several configurables into ConfigurableGroup objects.
